Question: A sewage tank with a 3″ vent … would a 1 1/2″ waste from a laundry tub fixture be allowed to discharge into the vent.
Interpretation: No, an ejector vent cannot be wet vented, nor can its vent serve as a wet vent. 7.5.2.1.(1) states that only a fixture served by a soil or waste pipe can serve as a wet vent.
